Absolutely! Kidz Point ranges from ages 6 weeks to 5th grade.

What is a service like?
Our services are contemporary and upbeat. We have a time of anointed worship followed by a message preached from the Bible. We then pray for those who wish to receive prayer.
What do I wear?
Casual or business casual attire is perfectly fine. Although we welcome you in whatever type of clothes that you choose to wear.
What type of church?
We are an Assembly of God church affiliated with the Louisiana District Council of the Assemblies of God.
We believe in salvation by faith in Jesus Christ (Ephesians 2:8-10; Romans 10:9: Romans 6:23). Saving faith involves a total commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and repenting from all known sin. True conversion results in a changed life (John 3:7; 2 Corinthians 5:17).
We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the intitial physical evidence of speaking in other tongues (Mark 16:17; Acts 2:1-4; Acts 10:44-48; Acts 19:1-7). This is a separate experience from salvation.
We believe that God still heals the sick through faith in the name of Jesus Christ. This is because of His unchanging compassion for mankind, to receive glory for His name, and to confirm His word. We believe in laying hands on, anointing with oil, and praying for the sick as taught in the New Testament. (Matthew 8:16-17; Mark 16:15-20; John 14:12; Hebrews 13:8; James 5:14-16)
We believe that Jesus is coming suddenly and unexpectedly to catch away His church at any moment (Matthew 24:42; 1 Thessalonians 4:15-18; 1 Corinthians 15:51-52). This is known as the rapture of the church or the imminent return of Jesus Christ.
WE LOVE CHURCH
I am 50 years old and have walked this faith journey for 24 years. One thing I believe to be a valuable part of growing as a Christ Follower is Kingdom Community! We are not designed to walk alone on this journey. That’s why I am excited to be a part of Faith Point Church. Living life with people who are hungry for more than a temporary experience, sitting under anointed, Spirit Lead teaching that challenges me. What a tragedy it would be to live our entire lives beneath the true call Christ has placed on us, to never really experience the Joy that comes from living out our faith in a dynamic and exciting way. I have found a place to continue to build on the firm foundation that is Jesus Christ at Faith Point Church!
